Affiliate Program Terms
These draft terms explain how the Get Leads Plus affiliate program works. The program is run by JMG Group, and by applying you agree to follow them.
Who runs the program
The Get Leads Plus affiliate program is JMG Group's own program. It is separate from any other company's affiliate program, including products we recommend on our blog.
Joining
Apply through the Affiliate Program page. JMG Group reviews every application and replies to the email address you provide. An application is not an acceptance until JMG Group confirms it.
Commission
You earn 30% of each payment a customer you refer makes for their first 12 months. Commission is calculated on payments actually received.
Referral window
A referral counts if the customer signs up within 90 days of first visiting through your affiliate link.
Payouts
Commission is paid by PayPal, 45 days after the customer's payment. The minimum payout is US$100; smaller balances carry forward until they reach the minimum. All amounts are in US dollars.
Promotion rules
Promote Get Leads Plus honestly and clearly disclose your affiliate links.
No spam, misleading claims or impersonation of Get Leads Plus or JMG Group.
No unauthorized brand bidding, such as bidding on "Get Leads Plus" in search ads.
Paid advertising must follow the program's advertising rules.
Ending participation
JMG Group may remove an affiliate who breaks these terms. Commission earned through rule-breaking activity is not paid.

- The program's advertising rules for paid ads (which ad types are allowed).
- What happens to commission when a referred customer is refunded or cancels.
- Whether self-referrals are allowed.
- Whether unpaid balances are paid out when an affiliate leaves the program.
- Legal entity name, governing jurisdiction, effective date and legal review.
