Who operates Get Leads Plus

Get Leads Plus is operated by JMG Group. During the preview it is used for JMG Group's own businesses, Local Foodies and BUZHour.

Information we handle

Account information: your email address and sign-in details, used to give you access.

Workspace information: business profiles, campaigns, instructions, drafts, approvals, contact records and activity history you create in the app.

Prospect information: business names, websites, public contact details and notes about businesses found during research.

Enquiries: the name, email, optional business name, plan interest and message you send through the contact form, plus a one-way scrambled form of your connection address used only to limit repeated submissions.

Public business information

Research reads publicly available business websites. Contact details are kept only when they appear on the source page, together with the source link and research date.

Research and AI processing

To research a prospect, page addresses are sent to a web-reading service and page text is sent to an AI model to assess fit and prepare drafts. AI models are accessed through our hosting provider's AI service.

Service providers

We use a hosting and database provider to run the app and store data, a web-reading service to read public web pages, and AI model providers to analyse pages and prepare drafts. We do not sell personal information. Email sending, payment and marketing services are not connected.

Cookies and analytics

The app stores sign-in information in your browser so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or marketing analytics in the app.

Retention and deletion

Workspace records and enquiries are kept until they are deleted. Workspace owners can ask for an export or deletion of their workspace data at any time.
